Zeroface's Ickle Adventure

Hi, I followed a GMS2 tutorial series by Shaun Spalding to teach myself how to code in Gamer Maker 2. This is the result: an old-school Zelda-style adventure game with exploration, quests, upgradeable equipment, janky combat and perhaps even also a boss fight at the end. Maybe.

As the titular Zeroface, help the residents of this small island village by solving their inane problems, while also hunting for mysterious pieces of cheesecake and the mythical chesy guardian. Or maybe you're just lost and confused in a dark cave, it's hard to tell from such a poorly-animated facial expression.

All comments and feedback welcome, this was only ever intended as a small personal project so don't expect too much and you might find something to enjoy here :)
